PROGRAMA EUROARCO METROLAB-LA CASA INVISIBLE INICIACIÓN AL SONIDO PROFESIONAL 40h. 8 ENERO – 29 ENERO 2014 Del 8 al 29 de enero de 2014 desarrollaremos en la Casa Invisible un curso de 40 horas titulado “Iniciación al sonido profesional”. Este se enmarca dentro del proyecto europeo Arco y se centrará en el desarrollo de dos competencias básicas (comunicación y pensamiento creativo) así como en una intoducción tanto teórica como práctica en los conoocimientos del sonido profesional. Se pretende que los participantes maximicen su potencial y mejoren su empleabilidad. Impartiremos el curso con 6 jóvenes provenientes de los contactos realizados con diferentes entidades que trabajan, entre otras cosas, para la prevención o en contrarrestar los efectos de la exclusión social. Entre estas entidades se encuentran: Asociación Arrabal, Asociación Prodiversa, CIMI San Francisco de Asís. Euro-Arco es un proyecto de Transferencia de Innovación integrado en el Programa Leonardo da Vinci que forma parte del Programa de Aprendizaje Permanente de la Unión Europea. Leonardo apoya la educación y formación profesional de organizaciones, profesores y alumnos de toda la UE con el objetivo de trabajar juntos para mejorar la formación, las competencias y la empleabilidad. El propósito de Euro-Arco es transferir y adaptar la formación profesional, los materiales de formación innovadores y los métodos educativos que han sido desarrollados por Wac Arts en el Reino Unido con el objetivo de desarrollar las competencias básicas de los jóvenes que por diferentes razones se encuentran fuera de los circuitos formales de educación y empleo de modo que sean más capaces de maximizar su potencial en términos de inclusión social, cultural y económico. Esto se logrará a través de la colaboración transnacional entre Wac Artes y Rinova en el Reino Unido, MuLab en Italia, Questão en Portugal, METROLAB en España, la esperanza para los niños en Chipre, y Kunstbedrijif Arnhem en los Países Bajos. El proyecto ARCO se enmarca en el contexto actual de aumento de los niveles de desempleo entre los jóvenes en Europa de entre 16 a 24 años. Su objetivo general es apoyar y mejorar la empleabilidad de los jóvenes NEET (No en Educación, Empleo y Formación), en particular los de las comunidades desfavorecidas – muchos de los cuales han sido alienados por la educación «tradicional» y los enfoques formales de aprendizaje. Los crecientes niveles de desempleo de los jóvenes en cada uno de los países participantes y en toda la UE (Eurostat y OCDE, 2011) están dando lugar a preocupaciones de una «generación perdida». Los jóvenes NEET tienen grandes dificultades para integrarse en el mercado de trabajo, esto genera a la larga problemas de acceso a la vivienda, empobrecimiento, falta de oportunidades para el desarrollo personal, el aumento de los niveles de delincuencia y de los problemas derivados del abuso de drogas, etcétera, lo cual provoca que estas personas tengan altas probabilidades de quedar excluidas de la sociedad. Todos los socios del proyecto arco trabajan con esta tipología de jóvenes para darle las herramientas necesarias que les permitan su reinserción en el mundo laboral.
